The lack of involvement of some partners (civil society,
NGOs, developmental associations) weakens the process
toward the development of indicators

For the last three years there has not been a stand alone
micro plan for social mobilization. Social mobilization was
incorporated in the overall NIDs micro plan

Though the social mobilization indicators are relevant for a
better monitoring and evaluation of the results, they are have
not been systematically used.

The involvement of leaders in the resolution of refusal cases
is an important success factors



specially in areas with low coverage

Develop a communication plan to support field team the
priority areas

Advocate to the government and other partners for more
funding to support the national communication plan

Involve al partners including communities in the use and
monitoring of the EPI indicators

