




Notify the Assignor (quicker = better)

Game Incident Report


To file the report properly, you need to
submit it within 48 hours by email and
SEND a signed copy. Your report will not
be complete until BOTH actions are
taken. The email serves as initial
notification. Your signed report is the
official notification.
Each referee provides written/signed
report.
After the Hearing

Spread the word – of the punishment so the
person does not participate before sentence
served.






Referees involved should not be assigned to
team or individual for at least a season,
including HS etc…let the fire die down not
reignite.
When the punishment is served, be aware but
