What we know now.
• We know that banks can look after our money
and can give other people loans to buy a house
and then they pay it back to the bank, which
gives it back to us.
• We can get this money back but with a little
extra called interest . Money values are
important as this helps us in life.
How banks work.
• Banks work by, when we put money in the bank
it will be given to someone to buy a family home
or something that they can not afford at that
time.
• We know this by studying about how money can
work by giving it to banks to protect it.
How to keep money safe and how to
save it.
• We keep money safe by giving it to a bank and
depending on the bank to keep it safe.
• People give it to banks in case their house gets
burgled and people steal money.
• We save money by the bank giving us interest for
example: 75p.
