1. Purchase a qualifying Rancho® product (referenced above) and get a Rancho Debit Card for the dollar amount specified next
to the qualifying purchase. Offer does not include installation / labor costs or taxes and offer is good only on qualifying

Upon fulfilling the requirements below, Tenneco will send you a Rancho Debit Card for the specified debit card value.
2. You must submit the following items to receive your Rancho Debit Card:
A. Authentic dated sales receipt (copy or original) with business identification verifying the purchase of the qualifying
product(s). Product part number(s) must be identified on the sales receipt. Offer does not apply to transactions when product
is being replaced under warranty.
B. This form, filled out completely and legibly. Visibly altered documentation will not be honored.
3. Send this completed form and required proof(s)-of-purchase (dated sales receipt) to the address indicated below.
