Please send cheque to Kristina Maus, Membership Chair, 2404 Bruce County Rd. 3, RR1, Cargill, ON N0G 1J0 INFORMATION NEEDED FOR THE 2016 BROCHURE: ONE PHOTO of a sample of your work will be displayed in the brochure, with your medium and a BRIEF description of your work. Therefore, please include or email a photo along with your fee and entry form, which includes your medium (media) and a brief description of your work. REQUIREMENTS FOR PHOTOGRAPH: Digitalized – JPEG – 300 DPI, send by email, or send a photograph with your application. Ming Wu will scan and edit photos and descriptions for the brochure. Photos will be in horizontal plane in the brochure so please keep this in mind when choosing your artwork. Size will depend on the number of entrants. You may email photos directly to Ming Wu at [email protected]. PAMPHLET DISTRIBUTION: All participants will be given at least 10 pamphlets to distribute. If you need more, contact the Studio Tour Coordinator at ___________________________ who will provide you with more at the monthly meetings. Advertising and distribution of our pamphlets will be done by members as per the duty roster. Specific locations will be determined for placement of pamphlets. Each participant is responsible for advertising to friends and relatives and on your Facebook and Web pages. SIGNS: All participants are responsible for picking up signs and placing them to best direct people to their own location and returning them after the Studio Tour. Signs are NOT to be dismantled. They must be throroughly cleaned, including the posts. Lorraine Boucher will notify you with pick-up and return times at her studio: 848 Geddes St. Port Elgin. STUDIO SPACE: If you have space to share with other artists, please make arrangements with them and let the Studio Tour Coordinator know and 3 she (he) will give your contact information to participants needing space. Likewise, if you need space, let the Coordinator know, and he (she) will tell you what is available. SPONSORS: Participants are not required to obtain sponsors as a committee will be doing that job.
