Women Empowerment Cell
With the objectives of combining knowledge and practice by facilitating discussion of the latest
in analysis and approaches to women's equality from both academic and community-based participants, from a rich variety of perspectives – by creative deconstruction of women's experiences
and sensitize masses including university fraternity WEC was established. Women Empowerment Cell was inaugurated on 18 Feburary 2012 in the benign hands of Mr. Justice S. K. Mittal,
Executive Chairperson, HALSA, accompanied by Mr. Justice N.K. Sanghi, Judge Punjab &
Haryana High Court and Prof. Mool Chand Sharma, Founder Vice-Chancellor.
