Thank you for your interest in hiring us for your event. We are excited to be working for you.
Here are a few instructions for our clients to help us do our job best.
All clients should have freshly shampooed and air dried hair and cleansed faces with
moisturizer ready to be made up (unless otherwise advised by our artists.) For wig services, please
have wigs detangled and ready for styling. Please be sure that all hair and wig accessories are
present before the stylist starts your service. We will need one work table per artist on ground level
(unless the work site has an elevator). For our hairstylists we need a table near outlets and for our
makeup artists, a table near natural sun light. Photos are a wonderful thing! If you have a preferred
hair or makeup style you would like, please have photos ready to better communicate to our artists
the look you would like to achieve. With these things in place, we are confident that we will run
according to schedule and provide you with the best customer service possible.

Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due, payable to Kayla Cohen upon booking of date and signing this contract. (There is an
additional $50 non-refundable deposit for each assistant Kayla Weiss hires.) Contract is only valid when deposit is paid in full (and
hiring of an event coordinator for weddings). Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or credit cards of U.S. currency.
Hair extension rental: A $125 additional deposit is due upon your event date. Your deposit will be held for seven days. If the hair
extensions are not returned within seven days, the $125 deposit will be cashed.
There will be a fifteen minute grace period in which our service providers will wait for clients to arrive after scheduled appointment
time. After the sixteenth minute
is responsible to pay $20 for every fifteen minutes our service
providers are kept waiting.
Hotel/Wedding halls: It is customary that parking be validated for all our staff. This is to be paid by the hiring party or your room
may be billed.
Wedding: Please note that this contract is only valid when an event coordinator is hired for the day of your event

Balance must be paid in full at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card of U.S. currency.
Original deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations up to 30 days before the event date will not incur any additional charges.
Cancellations 7-14 days prior to event date will be charged at 50% of the service total listed above. Cancellations 7 days prior to
event date will be charged at 100% of the service total listed above.

Return instructions:
Gently remove extensions from hair. Place dry hair extensions into a padded envelope. Do not wash or detangle the
hair extensions. Please mail address listed below. It is recommended to track and insure the parcel to insure its return.
If the hair extensions are not returned within seven days of your event _____/_____/_____, the $125 deposit will be
cashed.
