The international workshop »SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES« is initially dedicated
to students of the University of Maribor. They will be informed about the latest trends and
challenges within the field of sustainable materials, recycling, renewable energy, composting
process and life cycle analysis, presented by well-known international experts.
In addition the workshop is devoted to the general public, particularly those interested in
sustainable materials, innovative technologies of waste management, renewable resources and
composting processing.
Based on a workshop meeting, the possibilities of cooperation between the invited lecturers’
institutions and University of Maribor resulting in common research, publications and student
exchanges will be established.
