Time for a Mortgage Review?
Values are up, rates are down, and spring is in the air. If you’re wondering if your current
mortgage is still working in your best interest, or if now’s the right time to buy your first or
next home, talk to Sergio Miramontes, a trusted mortgage expert from the CSFCU family.
Sergio can provide insight into our local real estate markets and provide helpful answers
to your mortgage questions, such as:
• Can I lower my monthly payments with a better rate?
• Can I get cash out of my home’s equity for home improvements and still pay what I am
paying now?
• How much would my payment be if I refinance my loan for a shorter term?
• How much can I save per month by using my equity to consolidate my credit cards and
consumer debt?
• How much home do I qualify to purchase today?
• I’m over 62, how do I eliminate my mortgage payment with a reverse mortgage?
Your home is one of your biggest investments, so it’s important to do a mortgage review
from time to time to evaluate current rates and market conditions. It’s as easy as picking
up the phone. Call Sergio today at (855) 455-5545.

A HELOC Could Help You Save on Taxes!
Home Equity Line of Credit:
The Loan That Keeps on Lending
Has your home’s value increased in recent years? If so, you may be able to put that
equity to work for you. As one of the lowest-cost sources of funds available, a Home
Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) can enable you to unlock that equity. A CSFCU HELOC
offers you an affordable low rate and generous credit limit for:
• Consolidating high-rate card balances into one low monthly payment
• Fixing up your home—inside or out!
• Covering college tuition, books, and student housing expenses
• Taking your dream vacation or anything else on your wish list!
Take Additional Cash Advances as Needed
As you pay down your loan balance, funds become
available to use again and again during the loan’s
draw period. Plus, the interest you pay on your
HELOC may be tax-deductible (consult your
tax advisor for details).
View our current rates and terms or
apply online at csfcu.org. For more
