If you’re wondering if your current mortgage is still working in your best interest, or if now’s the right time to buy your first or next home, talk to Sergio Miramontes, a trusted mortgage expert from the CSFCU family. Sergio can provide insight into our local real estate markets and provide helpful answers to your mortgage questions, such as: • Can I lower my monthly payments with a better rate? • Can I get cash out of my home’s equity for home improvements and still pay what I am paying now? • How much would my payment be if I refinance my loan for a shorter term? • How much can I save per month by using my equity to consolidate my credit cards and consumer debt? • How much home do I qualify to purchase today? • I’m over 62, how do I eliminate my mortgage payment with a reverse mortgage? Your home is one of your biggest investments, so it’s important to do a mortgage review from time to time to evaluate current rates and market conditions. It’s as easy as picking up the phone.
