Open Night arrangements - Carrickfergus Central Primary School

17th November 2015
OPEN NIGHT
TUESDAY 24th NOVEMBER
7.00pm—9.00pm
You are invited to attend an Open Night in the school on Tuesday 24th November. We have put a lot
of energy into marketing this event in the community and hope to have a number of visitors from the
local community.
As parents with children at the school, we feel that your participation in this event is hugely important, through your presence and through taking the opportunity to talk to other parents, especially
those considering enrolling their children next year.
I realise that many parents have attended Parent/Teacher consultations, but this is also an additional
opportunity for you and your child(ren) to walk around the school, view classrooms and corridor displays and talk to staff and other parents.
Please pass this information to any friends or neighbours who have children, eligible to start
Primary 1 in September 2015, or anyone who is interested in viewing the school.
Children in Need
Thank you for supporting our fundraising day for Children
in Need last Friday. As with everything in this school
100% effort was made. Some of the hairstyles were incredible. Every one made a huge effort and enrolment
numbers were doubled on Friday as we were joined by
so many bears!
Christmas Fair
Friday 4th December
7.00pm-9.00pm
The PTA has organised a Christmas Fair in the
school assembly hall. There will be a wide variety of stalls including toys and books. There
will also be a number of craft items for sale.
Why not come along and find some special
gifts for Christmas? Santa Claus will also be
paying a visit!
