A&I SKILLS & ABILITIES 5 Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. AI&E 6 Good written communication skills. AI&E 7 Project management skills. AI&E 8 Ability to plan, record and work to clear targets. AI&E 9 Ability to create effective networking/partnership links. A&I 10 Ability to set up and run a group. A&I 11 Ability to represent Opening Doors London at meetings and conferences. A&I 12 Ability to manage paid sessional staff. A&I EXPERIENCE 13 Experience in using MS Office, email and the internet. A, I & E 14 Experience of using databases A&I 15 Experience of using social media [in a personal or work capacity] A&I 16 Experience of supervising volunteers.
