1. Literature Development for Public Awareness.
i.
A pocket size booklet was developed for users on operational problems.
ii.
Hand book on Construction Technology for Deenbandhu Biogas Plants.
2. Steel shuttering for RCC made deenbandhu biogas plant.
Number of beneficiaries was unlike about brick made biogas plants during the
feedback survey in last years. They are believed in RCC structure that is more
suitable in Black cotton or other similar type of soil. Several biogas plants are in
non functioning condition in Malwa region.For the solution of same objective a
Steel shuttering mould is fabricated under the training centre during the
financial year for the training purpose. A CCM Training in district Dhar was
conducted. Estimated cost analysis of RCC plant is more or less same as brick
made plant.
3. Preparation of DPR and Proposal for 25 kWh power generations Biogas plant
(100 cum) at Asharam bapu goshala, Sheopur, MP.
4. Inspection of biogas based decentralized power plant in Madhyapradesh and
Chhattisgarh state.
With reference to the MNRE letter underneath file no. 208/25/2007-BM, dated
12th Aug. 2010 and 25-6/2008-BE, dated 28th July 2010.
Inspection report for M/s Bhalla Dairy Farm, Neem Road, Satana (MP) and M/s
SRT Form, Village Funda, Durg (CG) are already sent to the MNRE.
5. Physical verification of biogas plants constructed by MPUVN, for the last year in
MP.
6. Providing Monitoring and Supervision for construction, Commissioning of 25
CUM Biogas Plant and Installation of Deisal Engine for Power Generation at
Laxman Bag Goshala, Rewa MP.


VI. Other Activities
1.
Design and Development of Biogas Storage Balloon:
Biogas balloon was fabricated of 0.85 cum holding capacity for testing
and research purpose. So that it can be used easily in village and also to
promote the biogas selling entrepreneurship.
In the earlier development, it requires approximate 40 to 48 kg of
variable load to produce pressure of 10 cm of water column for proper
flaming of gas stove and after removing of injector jet of the stove, it
requires approximate 20 kg wt. But this erecting load also moves in
irregular direction. To eliminate this problem, BDTC are trying to develop a
battery based exhausts fan next to the outlet of balloon therefore the gas
may be release from balloon without any external pressure.
2. Preparation of DPR and Proposal for 10 kWh power generations Biogas plant of
100 cum at Asharam bapu goshala, Sheopur, MP.
3. Physical verification of biogas plants constructed by MPAGRO, for last 03 year
in the District of Annoppur, Badwani, Dewas and Sagar in the favor of CESR.
