In the Cell-Based Protein Phosphorylation ELISA kit, cells are seeded onto a 96-well
tissue culture plate. After treatments, inhibitors, or activators, cells are fixed and an
Anti-Phosphoprotein-Specific Antibody or Anti-Pan Specific Antibody is added to the
wells. The wells are then washed and HRP-conjugated secondary antibody is added.
Finally, colorimetric detection (OD 450) is performed with TMB substrate solution.
