1. ELIGIBILITY: The Old Time Pottery Manufacturers’ Closeout
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of one of the United States or
District of Columbia (“United States”). Entrants must be 21 years of age or
older as of September 3, 2015. Employees of Old Time Pottery, and their
immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household
members of each such employee are not eligible. This Sweepstakes shall
be conducted in compliance with all applicable U.S. Federal, state, and
local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
2. TIMING: The Giveaway begins on September 3, 2015 at 12:01 a.m.
Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on September 13, 2015 at 11:59
p.m. CDT (the "Promotion Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter,
entrants must enter in store or online at www.oldtimepottery.com or
www.facebook.com/oldtimepottery and complete the contest entry form.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant
in excess of the entry limit are void. All entries become the property of
Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries are subject to the terms of the
Facebook Data Policy, and these Official Rules. This promotion is in no
way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook. Entrant is providing information to Sweepstakes Administrator
and Sponsor, and not to Facebook.
4. ODDS: The estimated odds of winning will depend upon the total
number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: The prize cannot be transferred,

assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sweepstakes
Administrator’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the
right to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if
prize is unavailable.
7. DRAWING: One Potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected via a
random drawing from all eligible entries on September 16, 2015. No
entrant will be awarded more than one prize. If any random drawing
selects an entrant who has previously won a prize in this Sweepstakes,
that entry will be discarded and a new drawing will be conducted, repeating
if necessary until an entrant who has not yet won a prize in this
Sweepstakes is selected.
8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER/AWARDING OF PRIZE: The Potential
Grand Prize Winner will be notified within 2 business days of the drawing
date. The Potential Grand Prize Winner will have 72 hours from the time of
the notification attempt to respond. In the event that the Potential Grand
Prize Winner cannot be notified or is unable, for whatever reason, to
respond within the required time, the Sweepstakes Administrator may
select an alternate prize winner from among all remaining eligible
entries. The Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an
Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release in order to receive the prize. In
the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be
deemed submitted by the person who is named in the entry materials, and
the Sweepstakes Administrator’s decision shall be final. If a Grand Prize
Winner cannot be verified after Sweepstakes Administrator has selected
three potential alternate prizewinners, then the prize may remain
unawarded, at Sweepstakes Administrator’s sole discretion.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Winners are responsible for any and all federal,
state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated
with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of the
prize herein. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide
by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator,
and release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Administrator,
Sponsor, Facebook, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and promotion and
advertising agencies including, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and
related companies, and their respective owners, employees, directors and
officers of the foregoing (collectively "Releasees"), from and against any/all
claims, losses, injuries or damages, including death, resulting from the
acceptance, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in the
Sweepstakes. Entrants waive the right to assert any and all costs of
redemption. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions

rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the
federal, state and local courts located in Nashville, Tennessee. By
entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree and consent to the use of their
name and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation or
remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotions, and other publicity
purposes in all media and on the Internet.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER
INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR

Facebook, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilized in the Sweepstakes; any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the Web site; or any injury or
damage to entrant or any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting
from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or
use of the Web site. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor
resulting from entrant’s attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or
download any information in connection with participating in the
Sweepstakes. IF, FOR ANY REASON THE SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT
BE CONDUCTED AS PLANNED BY REASON OF INFECTION BY

of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive
damages arising out of access to and use of Facebook or the
Sweepstakes web site, or the downloading from and/or printing material
downloaded from said sites. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on
the sites are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed
or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some
jurisdictions may not allow limitations or the exclusions of liability for
incidental or consequential damages, or exclusion of implied warranties, so
