Our Program: Our school creates a developmentally appropriate program within a Christian environment and our
program is designed to meet the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs of each child. Our program will work
to meet any individual special developmental needs of children.
Our Purpose: To provide a high quality, non-profit, half-day preschool for young children, as a service to the members
and friends of our church and the West Shore communities.
Registration: You may register your child by completing this registration form and returning it to the school with a
non-refundable $60.00 registration fee. If you are registering more than one child from the same family, the fee is
$60.00 for the first child and $25.00 for an additional child. The maximum fee per family is $85.00.
All enrollment forms may be submitted starting November 1, 2015. Church members, current and previous
families will be given priority through December 31, 2015. After January 1, 2016, you will receive a postcard confirming
your child’s enrollment.
Age Guidelines: Children who are at least 30 months by 9/1/16 may enroll in our young 3’s/older 2’s class. Children
who are 3 before 9/30/16 attend two or three days per week; children who are 4 before 9/30/16 attend three or four
days per week; and children who are 5 before 12/31/16 may attend our Pre-K class four or five days per week. *** If your
child will turn 5 shortly after 12/31/16 they may be able to attend our Pre-K class if space allows. Please speak to Mrs.
Wolfe regarding this decision.

You may choose to make one payment at the beginning of the school year, 2 payments at the beginning of each semester or 6
payments. The six monthly payments are due in September, October, November, January, February and March. There is no
additional supply fee. Parents are asked to donate supplies at an approximate cost of $20.00. Supply lists are distributed in
May. The Facility Usage Fee is paid to the Church – please see the parent Book for an explanation of this fee.
**All prices are current. There may be a slight increase for the 2016-17 School Year.
Lunch Bunch: The “Lunch Bunch” is an extension of the preschool day. The children who choose to extend their
day for an hour will bring their own lunch and play or do a special activity during that time. Lunch Bunch is
offered almost every day of the month. The AM children will stay from 11:15am to 12:30pm; the PM children will
come at 11:30 and stay until 12:50 when they will be escorted to their classroom. There will be a sign-up for specific
days. The cost of “Lunch Bunch” is currently $7.00 a day.
A class may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment and your child would be reassigned to another class (This is very
rare and the director would discuss your alternatives.
Kindergarten Wraparound Program: RRPNS will be offering a Kindergarten Wraparound program in the fall of
2016. Children who attend morning Kindergarten in the Rocky River City Schools will be bused to RRPNS after their
Kindergarten session. They would eat their packed lunch and then have a recess, homework help and special activities
that may be an extension of the units they are studying in their Kindergarten class. Dismissal would be at 3:15 PM in
the regular carpool line. The cost is $2500.00 for the year. See separate registration form for the Kindergarten
Wraparound Program attached.
