The role will include learning and implementing the design of Mechanical Building Services including CAD, Building Information Modelling (BIM), thermal modelling, design calculations, general administration and report writing. The successful applicant will be expected to attend college part time to work towards an HNC. On successful completion consideration will be given for further part time education to BSc/BEng, depending on HNC results. All courses are currently on a day release basis and will be funded by the employer. From studying at HMS Sultan in Portsmouth for the first two years, to what qualifications are needed and how to apply, the information day will prove invaluable to anyone considering a career in engineering maintenance.
