agreement hold 39.16% of these votes in RNTS Media N.V. “actually”, and 52.89% of the votes in RNTS Media N.V. “potentially”. As at 12 August 2015, Lars Windhorst no longer owns shares,
Sapinda Asia owns 5,572,945 shares, Sapinda Holding B.V. owns 15,074,142 shares, Centrics Holding S.à r l owns 3,070,100 shares, Sapinda Invest S. à r l. owns 9,378,857 shares and SYSK Ltd
owns 11,750,000 shares. As at 12 August 2015, Sapinda Asia holds 39,690,477 of the shares and votes in RNTS Media N.V. potentially pursuant to a put options. As at the same date Sapinda
Asia holds 3,317,037 of the shares and votes in RNTS Media N.V. potentially pursuant to arrangements through which a third party holds these shares and votes on its behalf (note that
1,917,037 of these shares are also part of the 39,690,477 potentially held shares and votes and are such double counted.) As at the same date, Sapinda Asia holds 7,000,000 of the shares and
votes in RNTS Media N.V. potentially pursuant to a security lending agreement. Finally, Sapinda Asia Ltd has purchased a nominal value of EUR25,500,000 convertible bonds which are
convertible into 6,071,429 shares. SYSK Ltd holds 4,500,000 of the shares and votes in RNTS Media N.V. potentially under a securities lending agreement.
