grow their international business, attract productive
foreign direct investment into Australia, promote
Australia’s education sector internationally, and
strengthen Australia’s tourism industry.

currently dominated by the US, UK and Canada, will provide opportunities to expand the market
share of Australian universities and diversity their international student sources. Please refer to
“Catching the next wave in international programs in China” for more details.
March, June and October are routine marketing seasons for education agents. Key national and
local agencies such as Aoji, EduGlobal, JJL and IDP organise their regular education exhibitions
during these seasons. These regular events are not listed in the calendar. Please contact your
designated education agencies for details.

