Job Aid MiSiS – My Integrated Student Information System Entering a Court Order This document demonstrates how to enter a Court Order. Clerical staff with access to the Office Manager role can perform this task. Step 1 Step 2a Step 2b Log onto the MiSiS homepage at http://misis.lausd.net/start using your single sign on (SSO) account. The MiSiS homepage displays. Enter the student’s name or District ID number. Click the search icon. Step 2a Step 2b Page 1 MiSiS Court Orders Step 3 The Student search result displays. Find the desired student and click the name link to display the student page. Step 3 Step 4 Click the arrow to collapse the student list and view the student page. Step 4 Page 2 MiSiS Court Orders Step 5a Step 5b Hover the mouse over Census. Click Court Order. Step 5a Step 5b The View Court Order list displays. Step 6 Click + Add new record. Step 6 “View Court Order” screen displays. Page 3 MiSiS Court Orders Enter a Court Order. Note: you must enter all * Required Fields. Step 6a Click the * Involving Person Type dropdown to make a selection. Step 6b Step 6c Click the Involving Person Last Name field and type a name. Click the Involving Person First Name field and type a name. Step 6d Click the * Court Order Type dropdown to make a selection. Step 6e Step 6f Enter the * Court Order End Date. Enter a description, if applicable. Step 7 Click the Save button to retain the information. The court order record will display in a chronological list.
