AnyartworkleftatGallery104past30daysofthecloseoftheshow,unlessthepartiesagreeotherwise,willbeconsidereda
donationtotheAAOCsubjecttosaleforfundraisingpurposes.
IconsentandauthorizeAAOCtointerview,photograph,andvideotapemyartworkandIfurtherconsenttoandauthorizeAAOCto
release,publish,exhibit,orreproducesuchphotographs,andvideotapesforuseinpublicrelations,newsarticles,telecasts,press
releases,oreducation,advertising,researchatanytimeinanyformormedia,whethernowknownorlaterdiscovered,includingbut
notlimitedtotheAAOCwebsite,fundraising,oranyotherpurposebyAAOCand/oritsaffiliates.IreleaseAAOC,itsofficersand
employeesandsub-contractors,andanyandallpersonsinvolvedfromanyliabilityconnectedwiththetaking,recordingor
publication,release,exhibit,orreproductionofsaidinterviews,photographs,slides,computerimages,videotapes,soundrecordings
oranyothermediarepresentation.CopyrightFairUsePolicy:AAOCdoesnotprohibitphotographyofartists'worksforpersonal
use;provided,however,nocopiesmaybemadeordistributedwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheartist.Ifanartistdoesnot
wantphotostakenofhisorherartworks,theartistisresponsibleforpostingaconspicuousnoticewarningoftheprohibited
activity.
