Relevance – to the call
Quality of the support action – competence of
institution, coherence of planned activities,
methodology
Potential impact – in Serbia and entire EU
Quality of the management – is their sufficient
support for Coordinator – decision structure
Mobilisation of resources – are the correct people
being utilised, is the expenditure predicted justified.
