Download KoBoCollect application for Andriod Tablets
On the Android device, open KoboCollect and open the General Settings (click on the settings
button of your device to access the settings)

In General Settings, under URL, enter the exact URL.

Download forms to use (internet connection is needed)
On the home menu of KoBoCollect, click Get Blank Form




A list of forms will be shown. Select and download ‘Rapid Needs Assessment Form OCHA PHL
72hrs’
Once downloaded, click on ‘Fill blank form’ on the KoBoCollect Main menu to start collecting
data.
