Microplate Stacker
The Microplate Stacker is the only automated plate stacker compatible with
the GNF Systems Washer/Dispenser II. Offering rapid yet gentle plate
exchanges, the Microplate Stacker speeds offline assay execution in 1536-,
384-, and 96-well plate types. This results in increased offline productivity
with faster transitions to online systems.

Seamless integration with GNF Systems PDCapp
means assay development is straightforward and
intuitive. Stacker steps are built into PDCapp so
they are easy to add to your existing WDII methods
and error recovery is handled with a straightforward
“fault, retry, ignore” paradigm. No new software,
no learning curve, and best of all... no delays.
Lightning Quick
Time from “Run” to plate delivery is less than 10
seconds. Up-stack and down-stack are equally fast,
making quick work of protocols, even those with multiple
plate washing/dispensing steps. Loading or unloading
plate stacks is made simple via the cageless design.
Easy Operation
Flipping the stacker selector switch causes
PDCapp to ignore stacker steps so a single
plate can be manually processed on the
WDII without changing the original method.

Automatic Plate Detection
Throughbeam sensors detect the presence
of microplates, allowing the stacker to
automatically run every plate without the
need to change any variables. Run 2 plates
or 20 using the exact same method.
