Chemical/ molecular extraction / purification /
quantification: Profiling and identification of
metabolites from plants and cell extracts in search of
drug targets.
Clinical pharmacology (ADME / toxicology /
bioavailability/ bioequivalence): Semi quantitations
small molecules and proteins for systemic biology study
including profiling of toxic metabolites responsible for
ADR
using
metabolomics
approach.

Biomarker identification/ characterisation/
selection: Disease markers identification and
monitoring of markers for response to therapy.
Comprehensive nonselective and targeted analysis of
all metabolites and proteins of a biological system
(human, cell lines, animals) for identification and
quantification. The metabolites and proteins are
indicative of disease,
therapeutic progression, or adverse drug reactions.
