Chief Guest : The knowledge of Maiba and Maibi (Traditional
Healer) of Manipur should be discussed their knowledge for
proper identification and analysis of important characters of
Medicinal and Aromatic Plants.
President: The Medicinal Plants properties should be analysed
properly by the local physicians to render their practices in the
rational way.
Recommendation:
1. The production of medicinal and Aromatic Plants should
be enhanced by the funding of National Medicinal Plants
Board (NMPB), New Delhi, Govt. of India to access the
cultivation practices and the knowledge of Medicinal &
Aromatic Plants cultivation should be provided to the
interested individual.
2. Mandies of Medicinal Plants are necessary to maintain,
protect from the wastage & non periodical supply of
Medicinal & Aromatic plants to the Buyers.
