Coach Andrew Lysy. DC Baseball Powerhouse
is a baseball training facility as well as a strength
and conditioning facility specific to baseball
players. Andrew is known for his dedication of
putting together the
most beneficial
strength programs
for amateur and
professional
athletes. Andrew
was a four year
starting pitcher at
Rowan University,
NJ where he received his BA in Health and
Exercise Science, specializing
in Health Promotion and
Fitness Management. After
Rowan, Andrew received his
Master’s Degree in Strength
and Conditioning and Exercise
Physiology from George
Washington University,
Washington, DC. He then went on to become a
Certified Strength and Condition Specialist
through the NSCA.
During the spring and
summer of 2022,
Andrew interned with the
Washington Nationals
(MLB) as their assistant
Strength and
Conditioning Coach.
Before becoming a
Strength and
Conditioning Coach,
Andrew spent 3 seasons
playing professional
baseball in the
Washington Nationals
minor league
organization. During
Andrew’s first year
playing college
baseball, he completely
tore his Ulnar

recovery time, Andrew put in
endless hours of studying his own

biomechanics because ‘he doesn’t
want anyone to go through what he
had to go through’ (Tommy John Surgery).
Andrew specializes in strength and conditioning
for pitchers.

Staff
Kevin McMenamin, CSCS, PT, was a 2-time
All-American and New Jersey Athletic
Conference Rookie
of the Year at
Rowan University.
Kevin started 3rd
base for four years.
Kevin also
graduated with a
BA in Health and
Exercise Science,
specializing in
Health Promotion
and Fitness Management. He then went on to get
his Physical Therapy degree from Temple
University. Kevin is our team physical therapist
and assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Kevin has worked with professional and amateur
baseball players in the DC area to become
healthy.
Nick Kreiger, DC, LMT, is
the facilities own chiropractor
and massage specialist.
Kreiger, a 3-time New Jersey Athletic
Conference First Team Outfielder, received his
BA in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan
University, specializing in Health Promotion and
Fitness Management. Kreiger then went on to
receive his DC from Palmer College of
Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Kreiger
specializes in hitting and training outfielders.
Philosophy
All of the staff at DC Baseball Powerhouse
preaches proper mechanics, both in training
and on the baseball diamond. All of our staff
specializes in teaching proper mechanics as
we want none of our clients to ever have to
end up on the disabled list.
