REGISTER AND WIN A SHELDON & HAMMOND PRIZE PACKAGE WORTH $1,000
1. Instructions to enter form part of these conditions.
2. To be eligible to receive the Sheldon and Hammond Prize Package consisting of: The
Scanpan 60th Anniversary Cookware Set (which includes a 24cm frypan and casserole
with a handy lid to fit both pieces); a Cuisinart Juicer; and a Scanpan Knife Set (valued
at over $1,000 RRP) individuals must have: registered to participate in
the Neuroblastoma Australia Run2Cure 2017 by 1st March 2017 11.30pm.
3. This offer is open to all registered Run2Cure 2017 participants over the age of 18 (at the
time of registration).
4. Only one person registered for Run2Cure 2017 will win the prize package - consisting of
the 3 prizes mentioned above.
5. The offer will be awarded to the person named in the entry. However, in a dispute, will
be awarded to the email account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their
entry.
6. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the
entrant’s responsibility to notify the promoter. A request to access or modify any
information provided in an entry should be directed to the promoter.

8. Employees of Neuroblastoma Australia and its members are ineligible to enter.
9. The start date of the competition is 19 December 2016.
10. The prize will be drawn at Neuroblastoma Australia’s Office on Friday, 2 June at COB.
11. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the result.
12. The winners will be notified by phone or by email.
13. The offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
14. The prize needs to be collected at the Neuroblastoma Australia stall on the day of the
event - Sunday, 4 June 2017 by 1pm.
15. Neuroblastoma Australia and its members accept no responsibility for late, lost or
misdirected mail.
16. The Winner will be announced on Run2Cure Website by Sunday, 4 June 2017.

17. If prizes are unclaimed by 1pm 4 July 2017, they will be returned to Neuroblastoma
Australia where they will be used for future fundraising events for the charity.
18. This offer is open to Australian residents only.
19. By accepting this offer, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required
with all reasonable Neuroblastoma Australia and media editorial requests relating to the
offer, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed and/or filmed.
20. By accepting the offer, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and
Conditions of the offer.
21. Neuroblastoma Australia is not responsible for any manufacturing or warranty claims.
The winner is responsible for liaising with the product supplier in regards to any
warranty, manufacturing or faulty goods enquiries and/or claims. It is the winner’s
responsibility to complete the appropriate warranty documents on receipt of the prize.
22. The prize cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
