ROLE PURPOSE

To engage and interact with customers and the team with a smile on your face!

To be knowledgeable about the food and drink we serve

To provide and maintain the highest standards of food service & cleanliness

To represent Gather & Gather’s FOOD ideals at all times

To communicate effectively with your manager and team
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serving hot and cold food, taking payments, general cleaning duties

Configuring counter & display spaces to make them attractive

Regular cleaning of the restaurant and service areas

Restocking and assisting with stock take as required

Creating an atmosphere that makes customers want to come back!

Assisting at other local units if needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

A flair for quality customer service

A love of food & a desire to know more

Experience in a restaurant or similar environment

Strong communication skills

A friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

Follow Group and Company policies and procedures at all times

Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment
provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to
health and safety or the environment

Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in
accordance with training received

Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or
via your divisional incident reporting system
