For the assessment of the prognostic groups, first survival analysis was performed
for all sum scores separately. The results of this analysis showed that there were
apparently three groups of patients with comparable clinical outcomes (group A: 3-4
points; group B: 5-7 points; group C: 8-9 points). In a second step, we used this
division for further evaluation of the PRSC as it is described in the main manuscript.
