ANNULMENTS (Declarations of Nullity) The Tribunal of the Diocese of Bismarck assists Bishop David D. Kagan D.D., P.A., K.C.L., in his ministry to serve the people of our Diocese. As part of this ministry, the office of Canonical Services is pleased to announce the implementation of an expanded service to this area. By way of video conferencing our tribunal staff is now available on a weekly basis to assist divorced Catholic and non-Catholic persons who may be seeking clarity and/ or an explanation about the annulment process. GoToMeeting is a confidential and secure way to conduct online collaborative, face to face interviews and meetings between a tribunal auditor and anyone interested in the annulment process. An interview is recommended in order to begin the process. The purpose of the meeting would be to get a general overview of the basis for an annulment and to obtain the paper-work necessary to get the process started. Our secure and confidential site is located at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 707 16th Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701. If you have any questions or wish to schedule an appointment, please call 1-701-204-7203 NO CATHOLIC TURNED AWAY! In the Spirit of Valentine’s Day “If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.” (1 Corinthians 13:1-3)
