If the insurance
company you are
looking for is not
listed, check the box.
All fields will be
greyed out.
You can proceed to
add any other plan
information or click
Next.
The pharmacy will
verify the insurance
company information
when filling your
prescription.

Once you have confirmed that all your information is correct, click on Submit. If you want to
revise any information just click on Back.

You must check off
that you agree to the
Consent Statement
before you are able
to click on the
submit button.

You will receive a message to let you know that you have registered successfully. You will also
receive a confirmation email to welcome you to the Express Scripts Canada Pharmacy.
If you would like to register a dependant, click on the button in the message.

No problem.
You can register
dependants
at any time from
the home page.
