PARADISE REWARDS CLUB RULES & POLICIES
1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Valid photo identification is required for all player transactions.
3. Only members listed on a Paradise Rewards Club account may
receive account information or engage in any transaction(s)
relating to that Paradise Rewards Club account.
4. Paradise Rewards Club cards, points, offers and awards are not
transferable.
5. Player’s Club members earn points for slot play. When the
Player’s Club card is inserted in the slot machine, points are
earned at a rate of three (3) points for every one (1) dollar of
coin-in on slot machines and three (3) points for every two (2)
dollars of coin-in on video poker machines.
6. Points are redeemable for thirteen (13) months from the date
they were earned. Points will be forfeited if no activity has
occurred on account for a period of thirteen (13) months or
greater.
7. Paradise Rewards Club card must be properly inserted in the
machine’s card reader to record play and earn points.
8. Members may request tracking of table games play. Paradise
Rewards Club card must be presented to a table games
supervisor.
12. Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino reserve
the right to deny an application to participate in the Paradise
Rewards Club program or revoke a Paradise Rewards Club card
at any time at its sole discretion.
13. Participation in the club constitutes Paradise Rewards Club
member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of the
program and the decisions of Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa
and Spa Resort Casino.
14. Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino will
resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official
Rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
15. Any Paradise Rewards Club card that has been mutilated,
forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically
reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means
other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void.
16. Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino may
introduce other promotions that operate in association with
the Paradise Rewards Club program. All rules, conditions and
procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the Official
Rules of each specific associated promotion.
17. Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the
Paradise Rewards Club card along with proof of identification
acceptable by Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort
Casino at time of redemption.
9. Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by Agua
Caliente Casino Resort Spa or Spa Resort Casino may result in

Paradise Rewards Club events.
