Team Parent
Position objective: The Team Parent position was created to assist a team’s coaching staff with
various league administration needs and provide a communication network amongst team
parents for team and league announcements.
Responsibilities:
Assist team coaching staff with the following tasks:
 Making sure that all team fund raiser packets are distributed and turned in.
 Ensure that all team’s fund raiser items are picked up at designated time and place for
distribution.
 Making sure that all player/parent code of conducts are signed and turned in
 Assist coach in communicating game or practice changes or cancellations to team
parents
 Assist coach in communicating various league announcements to team parents
 Snack Schedule (for Rookies and Minors)
Team Parent Reports to: Team Coaching Staff and Division Vice President.
This position is an optional and may or may not be filled depending on the coach’s discretion.
The coach can also choose to combine this role with the Facilities/Player agent position.
