Volunteering on the construction site provides corporations and businesses an excellent opportunity to
support Habitat’s program and help local families buy a safe, decent and affordable home. Habitat projects help to revitalize
the Burlington County-area neighborhoods and provide hope for the community. Because Habitat homes are built with volunteer labor,
your partnership carries with it the opportunity to provide your members and colleagues a meaningful team-building opportunity.
Your willing hearts and hands can help build “The American Dream!” No prior building experience is required!
Benefits of Participation
Team Habitat Days are dedicated to teamwork. Your company provides the funding to purchase the materials needed to build the home,
making you and your team part of something very special – providing a home for children and their families.

• Employees will work outside of their comfort zones in improving skills or developing new ones
• Your team will bond our group planning, personal interactions and the accomplishment of completing a job outside the company
work environment.

Why Partnerships Are Needed
Without partnerships, Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County, NJ would not have the resources necessary to continue its important
work. Habitat’s partners provide financial support for the house-building program which funds construction, families’ pre- and post-purchase
training/support and other programmatic costs. Partner organizations receive the first opportunity to provide volunteers for the Habitat build
site. Without your support, lots remain empty, hammers idle and families remain in substandard housing.
Partnership Levels: Partnerships and benefits can be customized to fit a partner’s specific needs. We can have a maximum of 10 people on the
construction site and 30 volunteers in the ReStore.
