REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTER OF APPROVAL

On August 29th of 2012, the Project Participants Mozura Wind Park, D.O.O.
apply for a Letter of Approval of the Project Mozura Wind Farm. Therefore the
Project Participants submit the following documentation to the CDM
Committee of Montenegro:
1. Project Design Document (PDD);
2. Sustainable Development criteria Matrix attached with a brief explanation
on how the submitted project contributes to Sustainable Development
goals of Montenegro;
3. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), if the project falls in a
category requesting such assessment in accordance with Regulation
on projects for which environmental impact assessment is
performed (Official Gazette of Montenegro 20/2007 of 4.04.2007).
