Organization of the Night Program
Please note, scheduling for Organization of the Night begins mid-February with priority given to those that
opt to do the ticket fundraising option. All other organizations may select a date starting April 1, 2016.
How the Program Works:
1.) At most River Bandits games, one Charitable Organization—must show proof of 501(c)(3) status—
is scheduled to be the featured Charitable Organization of the Night.
2.) If applicable, after a date is selected the organization purchases 100 general admission tickets, for
the date of the selected game, at $4 per ticket to sell at $8 per ticket with the organization keeping
all profits. Additional tickets can be purchased (with 24 hours’ notice) in increments of 10 (ten)
tickets. The cutoff for pre-purchased tickets is 48 hours prior to the game.
3.) On the day of the game the organization will be granted 10 (ten) berm tickets for volunteers. Entry
to the ballpark is no earlier than 2 hours prior to the start of the game. Additionally, the organization
will receive the following benefits:

Opportunity to play 60-sec video on video board. Must be precut to 60 seconds and
be provided to the River Bandits no less than 48 hours prior to game.

On-field interview to be conducted 15 minutes after gates open


Sell tennis balls for the Zeglin’s Charity Ball Toss—details below


Opportunity to bring in silent auction and raffle items (excluding 50/50 raffle)
4.) During the game your organization will sell tennis balls for the Zeglin’s Charity Ball Toss.

Tennis balls can be purchased 1 for $1 or 6 for $5

At the conclusion of the game those that purchased balls will throw tennis balls onto
the field to try and hit a variety of targets which represent different prizes

All tennis balls and prizes are provided by the River Bandits
5.) At the conclusion of the game, all monies raised are to be submitted to the River Bandits and a
check will be issued to your organization.
