For our Logistics Department, based in Geneva we are now looking for a:
Logistics Trainee – 6 Months
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
Inbound Freight


Ensure that the warehouse is informed regarding volume to receive per week in term of pallets and box.
Assist the logistic specialist on daily operation during the Warehouse Transfer be doing daily report.
Outbound freight



Ensure that the shipment confirmations are done on time in our Warehouse Management System.
Ensure that the Export documentations are done on time in our Warehouse Management System and transferred to
our logistics partners.
To assist and to support the Logistics team during the Warehouse Transfer.

You are a young graduate with at least one previous experience in Logistic/Warehousing within an international
consumer goods organization. You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and have excellent skills in excel, Word,
Power Point. You are able to work under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are
at ease with figures and have strong analytical skills.
