“On electricity sale and purchase for the period
10.06.2017- 30.06.2017, regarding optimization of the economic
portfolio of KESH jsc”
Pursuant to "Rules and procedures of electricity purchasing by KESH jsc, from domestic and
foreign traders," approved by the Board of Commissioners of the ERE, with the decision No.
30, dated 23.03.2011, and, "Rules and procedures for the sale of electricity", approved by
Decision No.1, dated 10.01.2011, and pursuant to the order of the Head of the Contracting
Authority, for the performance of the sale-purchase procedure with the subject "On electricity
sale and purchase for the period 10.06.2017-30.06.2017", the Commission for the electricity
Sale and Purchase conducted the procedure of electricity selling/purchasing, by inviting
commercial and manufacturing companies, which met the conditions of Article 10 "Rules and
procedures for the purchase of electricity by KESH jsc, from domestic and foreign traders", to
submit their offers.
Once the commercial and/or manufacturing companies submitted their offers, the
sale/purchase commission, administered and evaluated the offers submitted by them. The
companies that expressed their interest are as follows:

2- Energy Supply doo
3- Future Energy AL
4- EFT a.g.
5- GSA sh.p.k.
6- NOA Energy Trade sh.p.k
7- Axpo doo Beograd
8- PLC Internergo doo Beograd
9- Devoll Hydropower sh.a.
10- Ayen Energy Trading sh.a
11- Network for Trading
12- Danske Commodities Albania sh.p.k.
13- Energy & Energy sh.p.k.
Afterwards, the sale/purchase commision, proceeded the negotiating procedure with all
companies that offered to buy electricity from KESH and five manufacturing/commercial
companies that submitted offers to sell electricity to KESH during the procedure conducted by
KESH sh.a, on June 7-8, 2017, on “Sale and purchase of electricity for the period 1030.06.2017”.
At the conclusion of the negotiation procedure which intends selling and purchasing of
electricity in the amount of 18,900 MWh, on June 08, 2017, KESH jsc defined as the winner as
follows:
