The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor is to provide effective commercial management and ensure projects are completed within budget. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in managing the commercial reports and advice to the management team, ensuring the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time. You will take the project lead and provide commercial expertise in the delivery of each contract and implement wherever possible value engineering solutions & strategy to optimise profit and efficiency for the business.
