As part of a successful housing group, our
construction business is growing with a
pipeline of capital works projects.
We design, build, refurbish and regenerate
places to improve economic and social
outcomes for people.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to
expand our team.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor is to
provide effective commercial management
and ensure projects are completed within
budget.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be
involved in managing the commercial reports
and advice to the management team, ensuring
the commercial targets are achieved including
project and programme cost, quality and time.
You will take the project lead and provide
commercial expertise in the delivery of each
contract and implement wherever possible
value engineering solutions & strategy to
optimise profit and efficiency for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES the Senior Quantity Surveyor will…
 Ensure projects are delivered within budgets
and timescales ensuring profit margins are
achieved.
 Liaise with subcontractors regarding
