Beyond the Online Classroom
Course Description
This course offers an in-depth exploration of the performance tools and support available to instructors
and students through technology. Students will analyze and evaluate what is currently available, as well
as what is coming in the near future. Students will develop a plan for professional development for the
online instructor and examine strategies for maintaining a professional online presence. This course also
examines trends in online learning and their impact on both instructor and student.
