Ten Motivational Sasha Quotes: “Keep Moving Forward” Christopher Sasha 1. 2. Your body is the vehicle to your soul....take care of it. A healthy lifestyle takes planning. Sickness and disease just happen. 3. Knowledge is not power. Applying knowledge - that's power! 4. Does it read "Impossible?" Or does it read "I'm possible?“ 5. Ten years from now is going to happen no matter what. You can either be healthy or you can be sick. Don't wait until you get sick to learn how to be healthy. Take the first step toward health today. 6. According to the odds, I should be illiterate and in jail the rest of my life. I'm successful because I decided no matter how hard life hits me, I will always pick myself up and keep moving forward. 7. Most people put their health to the side while creating wealth then spend their accumulated wealth to restore their health. 8. Don't listen to people who tell you that you can't do something. These people are afraid to try doing anything and face the possibility of failing. So they try to keep you on their level - a level based on fear. 9. Dreams are powerful. If there were no dreams there would be no innovations. 10. Exercise is stimulated by your own desires to succeed. You are what you eat. Bio Success Is Accomplishment Christopher Sasha is a highly respected healthy/ lifestyle consultant, successful male model, author, entrepreneur, and healthy lifestyle expert whose clients comprise a veritable Who’s Who list of business leaders and celebrities. Author of the book Transforming Your Lifestyle One Belief at a Time (ABsolutely FABulously FIT, LLC, 2012), Sasha’s background and life experiences aren’t exactly typical of the hugely successful business person. Voted “Most Likely to Spend His Life in Jail” by his high school classmates, Sasha had numerous scrapes with the law growing up on the gritty streets of Chicago. Losing his mother when he was just eight, and with he and his four siblings proving too much for his father, he was bounced around from one foster home to another. He was scrawny, nearly-emaciated at times and always picked last as a teammate on the playground. Graduating from high school with a 1.1 grade point average (“They just wanted to be rid of me so they gave me a diploma,” he says), Sasha was admittedly insecure, with low self-esteem and little hope of a productive future. After working menial jobs, he tried a stint in the Navy for no better reason than having been inspired by the movie Top Gun. “It was nothing like the movie,” Sasha laughs, but later in life he would come to appreciate the lessons of discipline the Navy imparted to him. Coming home, he enrolled in the local community college but flunked the entrance exam (“I think I even misspelled my own name”) and was forced to take remedial math and English courses. If you don’t find time for exercise now, you will find time for sickness later -- christopherSASHA Finally getting into college he developed an interest in theater. And theater eventually led him to take a chance on male modeling, discovering in the process that it was something he loved doing. Sasha was rejected at first by a number of modeling agencies, but stuck with it, showing some of the perseverance that would later become his hallmark. He enjoyed some minimal success, signing with ELITE modeling agency in Chicago, but soon lost his contract his perseverance unfortunately tempered by the old feelings of low self-esteem. “I sabotaged my own success,” Sasha says, “with negativity and an underlying belief that I was not good enough.” More trouble followed with more scrapes with the law. Sasha dropped out of school and with no discernible skills he took work as a bouncer at a local bar. Forced to engage in a fist fight one night, he soon learned another skill, one he would rather have left undiscovered – street fighting, and he did it for money with people placing bets in the back alleys of seedy Chicago streets. Getting arrested another night, he was forced to spend yet another night in jail. This night represented a turning point in Sasha’s life. In the cold reality of the cell, he came to the sudden realization that life had more to offer him, and he had more to offer life. Sasha went back to school. But not just any school. He enrolled in prestigious DePaul University, surprising himself at being accepted, and where his new-found dedication to putting his life together had him studying hard and earning him a spot on the Dean’s List. He graduated with a finance degree and went to work in the business world where his ensuing achievements would add to his growing confidence. Never give up on your dreams. Because dreams can come true. Meanwhile, Sasha continued amateur bodybuilding, something he had been introduced to through a friend while at DePaul. Soon he was doing it competitively. He went back to modeling with great success, sticking with it even through the lean times common to those trying to make a name for themselves in such a highlycompetitive field. Those modeling days became the days he most credits for his future career accomplishments. Says Sasha: “I finally was able to couple my attitude of perseverance with a belief that I was good enough. I finally realized that the only time you’re not good enough is when you quit.” In time, the knowledge gained in keeping himself in top physical condition led inexorably to his career as a healthy lifestyle expert. His modeling and bodybuilding have helped him create a lifestyle of healthy exercise and dietary habits. Sasha claims that what he’s learned is surprisingly simple once one understands how the human body truly functions. Highly acclaimed for his success with his clients, and encouraged by them to share his knowledge, Sasha recently decided to reveal his program with Transforming Your Lifestyle One Belief at a Time. Tackling the subjects of diet, nutrition, and exercise and cutting through the overwhelming amount of information (and misinformation) that’s out there, Sasha simplifies and offers an easy-to-understand, tried-and-tested methodology for a fit lifestyle and healthy physique. “It’s simple,” he says of his program, “and yet it takes commitment and a belief that you can do it.” To Christopher Sasha, gaining that belief should be relatively easy for most people, at least compared to how hard it was for him. “Hey, if I can do what I’ve done,” he says, “starting out where I started, then certainly anyone can do anything they put their minds to. I’m living proof of that.” The 10 Fitness Commandments Transforming Your Lifestyle 1. Understand that not all grams are created equal. 2. Thou must burn more calories than thou consumes. 3. Thanks for assisting us in the care of our patients!” Dr. Phillip Zinni III, DO, FAOASM, ATC HEALTH LINK MEDICAL CENTER “Christopher’s dedication to helping others live well is second to none. To challenge himself he is currently in training to get in the ring to fight for charity. The Mercy Home for Boys & Girls in Chicago is organizing the annual Ringside for Mercy’s Sake, a celebrity boxing fundraising gala, and yes, Sasha is ready to go for the fight, just like Rocky! To make the training even more exhilarating he’s turning the tables on his boxing trainer, Willie Coix. In return Sasha is training Willie to reach the next level of hitting the boxing field professionally. Boxing may be Sasha’s first love, but he has another love, the game of Golf. Sasha may not be a Tiger Wood, but his dynamic full swing usually makes a hole in one. ********* Sasha’s newest project is being part of the Beauty In and Beauty Out Tour.
