As a result of their successful completion of ETE 100 learners will demonstrate the following skills:
4. sufficient competence to employ application software and Web 2.0 tools in the classroom;
5. usage of educational technology to create instruction;
6. usage of LiveText to create a developmental portfolio.
This program emphasizes the development of dispositions that form the foundation of teaching excellence. As a result of their successful completion of ETE 100, learners
will demonstrate the following dispositions: continuous development, advocacy, collaboration, and professionalism (descriptions are included in syllabus)

student progress in achieving the stated
module learning objectives to confirm
mastery.
Some common online interactive exercises
are:
Some examples of assessments aligned to

-Discussion forum which demonstrates
analysis of concepts,
-Essay which demonstrates critical thinking,
-Multiple choice quiz verifies vocabulary
knowledge,
-Composition which shows writing skills,
-Presentation in foreign language shows
mastery of the language.

to learn more about educational
technology. Examine the web links to see how
you might integrate technology into your
classroom.

tutorials and view model blog example.

Students create a “Practitioner’s Blog” and
respond to 7 prompts using appropriate
vocabulary, demonstrating their knowledge
and understanding of the topics, and
conveying their attitudes about the subjects.
Guidelines and a rubric outlining grading
criteria are provided.
