MULTILAM are specially formed, resilient
copper-alloy contact elements that are
silver or gold plated depending on their
application, and are float mounted in a
groove. Thanks to their constant spring
pressure, MULTILAM louvers maintain
continuous contact with the contact
surface, resulting in a low and constant
contact resistance.
MULTILAM technology allows us to
meet a very broad range of requirements and to find solutions within
the severest constraints, including
electrical (up to several kA), thermal
(up to 350 °C), and mechanical, with
contact durability of up to 1 million mating cycles.
We specialize in the design of custom
solutions.
