GO PITCH FUND APPLICATION FORM
We are delighted to confirm that the Go Pitch program will continue for 2016.
Go Pitch offers a subsidy to those who have been invited into the Showcase Victoria 2016 program, as well
as arts organisations and individuals located in regional and remote Victoria, who would not otherwise be
able to attend for financial reasons. As this fund is provided by Creative Victoria it is only open to Victorian
artists and organisations for the 2016 event.
To apply for Go Pitch funding you need to be:
 Preferably have not received support previously
 Living in Victoria. And…
 Invited to participate in the Showcase Victoria 2016 program. And/or…
 An artist, or representing an organisation, based in inner or outer regional or remote or very
remote Victoria*. And/or…
 Representing a volunteer managed presenting organisation (venue) located in inner or outer
regional or remote or very remote Victoria*. And/or…
 Unable to otherwise attend Showcase Victoria 2016 due to financial constraints
* Make sure you are eligible to apply by checking your Accessibility/Remoteness Index of Australia (ARIA).
The Australian Government Department of Health have developed the DoctorConnect website. Among
other things it allows you to search by address to find what Remoteness Area you are within using a Google
Map interface. This website can be accessed via the following link:

Applications will be assessed as soon as possible and you will know if your application has been approved
by 24 March March 2016.
PLEASE NOTE: Go Pitch is an extremely limited fund. Weighting will be given to those who demonstrate the
highest level of need and/or those who are traveling from regional or remote locations to attend.
