Lowndes No. 11 in national rankings
Lowndes is No. 11 in the PrepNation 101 preseason rankings
released this week.
St. Thomas Aquinas of Fort Lauderdale, the two-time Class
AAAAA champion in Florida, is No. 1.
The ranked Georgia teams are:





No. 11 Lowndes
No. 40 Camden County
No. 52 Peachtree Ridge
No. 73 Grayson
No. 96 Northside (Warner Robins)
Lowndes also is No. 11 in the ESPN Rise preseason rankings.
Camden County is No. 33.
Hebert takes over at GAC
Greater Atlanta Christian's new quarterback is Beaux Hebert, the
son of former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Bobby Hebert. Aside
from the unrealistic expectations that might be put on the son,
Beaux Hebert also must replace the good quarterback GAC had
last season in Colton Chapple. "Beaux is more of a touch passer,"
GAC coach Ken Robinson told Brandon Brigman in this story for
