Display your Military Vehicle!
All military vehicles - Original, Motor Pool, and Modified - are welcome! No charge to enter your
vehicle to be displayed. Admission is by donation. Setup is on the 5th. Vehicles will be displayed on the
perimeter of the grounds with vendors located in the middle. The show runs from 0800 to 1700 (5PM)
Friday and Saturday, then 0800-1400 (2PM) Sunday. Breakdown and cleanup is on Sunday the 8th.
Trophies will be awarded for “Top 20”, “Best Display”, “Market Pick”, and “Best of Show”.

Auction and Awards Dinner:
There will be an auction Saturday afternoon. The Awards Dinner will take
place at the Market’s restaurant at 1730 (5:30 PM) Saturday evening.
Tickets will be available until 1 PM for dinner Saturday night for $12.

Weapons Demonstrations and Battle Re-enactments:
Weapons demonstrations will be Saturday at 1230 and Sunday at 1100.
Battle re-enactments will be Saturday at 1330 (1:30PM) and Sunday at 1200.
Tank Shoot demonstrations will take place Friday and Saturday evening at dusk.

Vendors:
Setup is on the 5th from 1000 to 1700 (5PM). Breakdown and cleanup is on the 8th. Outside vendor spaces
are 20’ x 20’ and cost $30.00. Spaces are assigned on arrival; first come, first serve.

On-site Camping:
Primitive camping on-site is available. Bathroom/Shower facilities are available on site. There is no charge
for camping. See website for additional accommodations: www.flmvpa.org.
