Please note: Payment for training courses will be managed and invoiced

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing by email, fax or mail on or before 2nd October 2009 will be
accepted and registration refunded less a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be given
after this date, including if you register but do not attend. Substitute delegates are welcome
providing contact details are submitted to TQA Australia by email or fax before the event.
Registrations received after 23 October 2009 will only be accepted subject to availability.
