NEW Home Game Day Volunteer Format
Volunteers can now fulfill their hours during another Grizzly Level Game, so parents and families can actually watch a
game in the stands rather than from the concession booth!
Home Games will typically be played in this order: **subject to change with notice
1st game – Atom (normally start time is 10am)
2nd game – Bantam (normally start time is 12:30pm)
3rd game – Peewee (normally start time is 3pm)
Players are asked to arrive at the field 1 hour before game time to warm up. So I would ask the Volunteers also come 1
hour before game time so as to either set up. If you are volunteering for the 2nd or 3rd game of the day, please arrive to
your station 30 to 45 minutes prior to relive the other volunteers. Tear down will normally take 30 mins to 1 hour,
depending on the amount of Volunteers we have. **This is why I mention below, the more, the MERRIER!

So far, the games we have scheduled are Sunday, Sept 7 (Atoms and Bantams only) and Millwoods Football Day for all 3
levels Sunday, September 14.
For the upcoming Sunday, September 7 game, we will not have the 3pm Peewee game. The volunteers for the bantam
game should expect to help with tear down. There will be a volunteer co-ordinator at each level if you have questions.
