Boy Scouts Troop 39 – Annual Poinsettia Plants Fundraiser Order Form
Our Troop 39 Scouts are selling Poinsettia Plants to raise money for their scout expenses, such as camp
& activity fees and equipment cost.
PICK UP date is Saturday, 12/06/2014 @ 10:00am to 12:00pm
at Kalihi Union Church (near the Gym area)
Poinsettia plants come in 2 pot sizes:
5 ½ inch for $11.00 each
6 ½ inch for $16.00 each
If you are interested in purchasing a plant or two, please complete the bottom portion of this order form
and place in the enclosed envelope provided along with your payment.
Please make checks payable to: TROOP 39
You may give it to a Troop 39 parent/leader or drop it off at the KUC office in the Scout mail box.
