Part-time study will be carried out in the case of minimum 10 enrolled candidates.

ENROLMENT APPLICATION
The candidates shall apply for enrolment by completing and submitting the electronic application
form, available in the web application eVŠ on the link: http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/
The application may be submitted in two ways:
a) with a digital certificate
Prior to starting the process of completing the application form, your web browser in which the application
form will be completed, should be fitted with the digital certificate and the signed component ProXSign,
available on the link: http://www.si-ca.si/podpisna_komponenta/
Personal data of the applicant and his/her permanent address shall be transferred from the Central
Population Register.
Electronically signed applications shall not be submitted by post.
Supporting documents (evidence of meeting the enrolment requirements), that will not be submitted
electronically, shall be sent by the deadline set in the Call by registered mail to the address:

The application that has been completed, electronically signed, and submitted with the digital
certificate in the eVŠ up to the deadline set in the Call, shall be deemed as the timely submitted
application.

Do not forget to re-submit the application if it has been modified following its submission. The status of the
electronically signed and submitted application is »Signed with a certificate«.
If the application in the eVŠ has been cancelled, it shall be deemed not to have been submitted.
b) with a username and a password
Submission of enrolment applications in this mode requires a username and password that you create upon
entering the registration. Write them down, because the registration is completed by confirming your
username and password via the web link that you will receive to the e-mail address specified in the
registration. The username and the password are also needed to re-enter the application..
The electronically submitted application form MUST be printed, signed and sent by registered
mail by the deadline set in the Call to the following address::

The application that has been completed in the eVŠ, printed in the same text version as in the
application sent to the eVŠ, signed and sent by registered mail up to the deadline set in the Call,
shall be deemed as the timely submitted application.
The electronically submitted applications to the eVŠ can no longer be corrected. Any errors shall be
manually corrected in the printed version. If the application in the eVŠ has been cancelled, it shall be
deemed not to have been submitted, even if it has been sent by mail in time.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Application deadline is on 20 September 2016.

The applicants shall communicate any personal data change to the Student Affairs Office; the
individual applicant shall immediately in writing report his/her withdrawal from the enrolment
application.
EVIDENCE OF MEETING ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Photocopies of original certificates and other requested documents, certified by a notary public or
an official of any Administrative Unit shall be considered as evidence of meeting the enrolment
requirements in the application and admission procedure.
Graduates of the Faculty of Education, the University of Ljubljana, do not need to submit evidence. Data
about their study completion, their average grade and the degree grade will be gained from the Faculty’s own
records.

APPLICANTS WITH A FOREIGN CERTIFICATE
The candidates applying for enrolment with foreign documents on education, shall submit the
request for the recognition of foreign education together with the enrolment application via the eVŠ
portal http://portal.evs.gov.si/prijava/

SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection procedure for the enrolment of candidates in the Second Cycle master programmes in the
academic year 2016/2017 will be carried out in accordance with the criteria specified in individual study
programmes. The candidates will be informed of the selection procedure outcome no later than on 30
September 2016. Each accepted candidate will receive Decision on the Selection and the new username
and password to enter the student information system to the address for receiving information, through
which the enrolment shall take place.
Enrolment for the academic year 2016/2017 ends on 30 September 2016!
